Our Leadership Team
As President/Owner for CarrierSales, Richard Murray oversees the growth of the organization and provides his strategic leadership in helping steer the direction of the company into the future. Richard works closely with the leadership team to help ensure consistency throughout all facets of the organization.
Richard previously worked in sales and marketing positions for Qwest and XO. Having worked nearly in every position for CarrierSales for over 13 years, Richard was a key candidate in taking over ownership of the company in November of 2013. Richard was recently featured in Utah Business Magazine for being recognized as one of Utah’s top “Forty under 40”. Richard also earned a seat on the board of directors for the Agent Alliance in 2006, and in June 2013, he was named Chairman of the Board. Richard also sits on several advisory councils for major telecom carriers such as Windstream, inContact, CenturyLink and Integra.
VP of Sales Operations
As VP of Sales Operations, Tiffany Wolf is responsible for our pre-post sales, operational support and strategy development. Tiffany works side by side with our partners supporting their efforts within our wireline and mobility divisions. Tiffany plays a key role in ensuring that our partners receive “white glove” service for every opportunity that they bring to us. This entails fast quote turnaround times, trouble shooting, escalations, and negotiations.
Tiffany joined the CarrierSales team as a Sprint veteran where she served on their Global Sales and Channel divisions. She has twenty years of business sales acumen, and a multitude of President’s Club achievements.
VP of Sales Engineering
As VP of Sales Engineering for CarrierSales, Josh Lupresto is responsible for driving solution-based sales for partners nationwide. Josh helps architect and design custom network and cloud solutions along with helping partners ask the right questions to uncover additional revenue opportunities. With hands on experience with many IAAS providers, Josh not only knows how the latest technologies operate, but he knows how to explain them in a clear way to customers.
Josh has been involved in engineering and cloud technologies over the last decade. Josh started his career at Motorola and later continued to build his skills with a hosted telephony provider where he ran an engineering team for 6 years and reported directly to the CTO.
VP of Sales – Contact Center Solutions
As VP of Sales – Contact Center Solutions for CarrierSales, Ray Hicken is responsible driving the national sales strategy for Contact Center opportunities. Ray works closely with partners to help coach and direct them to identify and close opportunities as they pertain to Contact Centers. Ray works closely with Contact Center providers and the CarrierSales marketing team to develop and execute lead programs and event planning to drive contact center sales.
Ray brings a strong background in sales management in software, digital content delivery and contact center sales as well as telecommunications channel sales experience. Ray previously spent 22 years in sr. sales management for Cengage Learning and recently was the Director of Channel Sales for inContact where he worked for 4 years.
Vice President of Marketing
As VP of Marketing for CarrierSales, Austin Holverson is responsible for creating and executing the organization’s go to market and branding strategy. Austin also assists partners in their overall marketing efforts to create a brand identify and to generate more sales opportunities.
Austin brings a wealth of marketing experience in building up brands and evangelizing their strategic differentiators within the marketplace. Austin previously served as the Director of Marketing for Telesphere (Now Vonage Business) and Director of Marketing for master agent Telarus.
VP of CenturyLink Sales Operations
As VP of CenturyLink Sales Operations, Lori helps drive and assist the overall nationwide sales strategy and operational support. Lori works closely with CenturyLink to help ensure that the sales process goes as seamless as possible for our partners. She assists with large customer network architecture, pricing and design along with complex solution and contract delivery. She bridges the entire span of Pre-Sales thru post Sales Operational Support. She is well versed in not only emerging technologies but also in embedded telecom products and services.
Lori started her Telecom career at Mountain Bell in 1975. Her background includes extensive Sales, Ordering, Billing, Service Management, Project Management and Engineering support throughout her many years in Telecom. In 2001 she left the then internal Qwest Partner program utilizing her knowledge and expertise to expand her footprint into the external Partner world where she has maintained key operational positions for the last 15 years.
VP of CenturyLink Operations
As VP of CenturyLink Operations, Jo Branch is responsible for ensuring that the support between CenturyLink and our sales partner’s goes smoothly as possible. This entails trouble shooting, escalations, negations, as well as helping design custom network solutions.
Jo has a long history of working at US WEST/Qwest now CenturyLink for 20+ years. While at the phone company, Jo worked in many departments including repair dispatcher, trouble ticket testing and routing, credit consultant, engineering, sales admin for the capital tool management group, sales engineer and helped work on designing networks.
As Corporate Controller for CarrierSales, James Boase oversees payroll and commissions, working closely with both agents and carriers. He manages all of the benefits for CarrierSales employees while also serving as the Human Resources representative.
Before joining CarrierSales, James worked 12 years at Franklin Covey working in various payroll capacities, including corporate payroll, retail payroll, HR representative for the printing and packaging division and corporate payroll tax.
As Office Administrator for CarrierSales, Stephanie Call is responsible for helping coordinate and assist all administrative efforts across each department. Stephanie works closely with our marketing team in helping plan and execute all corporate events.
Stephanie has a background of 14+ years in various operational, administrative, and marketing roles. Stephanie previously held the role of Director of Operations for Brightspark events and Executive Assistant for Stonehaven Dental where she helped assist in their overall marketing efforts.
